"Clean room and good amenities. Water pressure is awesome. Hard to get room temperature right but once we did it was a very cozy environment. Would recommend guests to bring slippers as the floors are cold in the winter."

"The property is immediately next to the pool and spa both of which generate considerable noise. The entire North Creek complex is overdue for a paint job. The condo could use additional touchups including the salt-stained welcome mat"

"Checkin was very smooth and had easy to follow instructions. The unit was clean and perfect for what I needed. The entrance was right at the bottom of one of the ski hills which in the winter would be very convenient. The bed was super comfortable, but it was high off the ground. I’m 5’8” and still had to do a little hop to get onto the bed. So it wouldn’t be great for those with mobility issues. Be prepared to bring your a step if it is a problem."

"Our apartment was nicely updated and clean except for the duvet cover that wasn't cleaned before our stay. You could tell because there was a blood stain on it. The mattress needs to be changed as it was very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a sofa bed but was more of a day bed with a child size pull out bed under the couch so was falsely advertised. Very close to blue mountain so that was nice. "

"Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Collingwood. Minutes walk from tons of delicious restaurants. The staff are very friendly and our room was spotless."

Great cocktails and it was a cool nite so the hot toddies really helped. Comfortable bed, nice shower. Overall great experience - definitely want to go back. Lots of fun."
