Much cheaper to live than around JBR and the Palm if you want to spend more time in Dubai and discover other areas. Lovely hotel, good gym and Pool area. Spa is good also for massage. Food is good. Staff and service good also. "

About a 10 min walk from the Metro, then 15 mins on the metro for the Burj and DIFC etc. Neighborhood is safe. Largely a residential area with a majority...

"The location of this hotel is excellent, It is right next to the Metro station and Burjuman Mall. The mall has an excellent spread of cuisines and a carrefour supermarket. Staff are friendly. The room size maybe a bit small but this is good value for money. "

"The staff and service workers were all great and attentive, the food was great and there were plenty to chose from, the rooms are spacious and the shower water was easy to control cold warm or hot water, security is top notch, plenty of entertainment within the hotel, and plenty of shops and resturants within walking distance...I can't forget the laundry service it was great as well, I have no cons to give for this hotel its one of the best budget friendly hotels in Bur Dubai."

The staff made the hotel stay a lot better, the rooms have been re-done and is comparable to a good Hilton Room. I'm terrible with names, but everyone at reception (3-4 guys and 2 girls) + bell boys and the gentleman by the lift were very accommodating and helpful. Love their hospitality and service."
