"I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas."
"On Sep 12th, at around 11:30 AM, In the outdoor swimming pool, my son saw a snake in the pool, very scary for my son, also no any staff working around swimming pool. Very scary memories for my son, he said he couldn't want to swimming again."
