"The staff was phenomenal and they were so kind! The breakfast was ok. Same exact everyday. The restaurants nearby was amazing. Location was great! Everything was walkable."
"The room looked a little bare and business like when we arrived - but the bathroom and general cleanliness/comfort of the room more than made up for it.
Without exception, the staff were kind, friendly and efficient - especially Francesco in the restaurant.
The food and service in the restaurant was also good; prompt service and very tasty.
The hotel is approx 10mins walk from the Duomo complex so for us, it was perfect.
