We spent 10 days in Santorini, all at the Santorini Princess Luxury Spa hotel. From the complimentary "welcome" cocktails and dessert, to the amazing food, the incredibly atentive and accomodating staff, and the beautiful grounds, I can't say enough about this place.

The hotel itself is more boutiquey and unique in a good way. We loved our Superior Suite which was spacious and comfortable and always clean. When we got there Melanie greeted us and helped wheel in some of our luggage. The services that I really appreciated: - unlimited free bottled water (although you're really paying for it in your hotel fee) - generous breakfast included - you order from a menu (see photo) - offer to pre-arrange shuttle or private car to/from airport and you pay the hotel...

The room was absolutely gorgeous, and as advertised. Be ready to climb a 100 stairs to your room though. We got a room with a jacuzzi, and the bartender would deliver our drinks to us there that was super helpful. The staff overall were exceptional, and welcoming! Please be aware when booking that the patio's and jacuzzi's are not blocked off from the rooms next door, or the people walking up And down the stairs.

Airport transfer says this is the best hotel out of all the 2500 hotels on the island; Alexandros is a local guide and he knows the island very well. He was not wrong! Everything was seamless. From airport pick up to port drop off. The staff was professional, helpful and courteous. The breakfast and drinks were delicious. The property was beautiful. The location was walking distance to a few shops and restaurants. Drivers were super nice and made us feel like family. Would stay again

5 Star service. In 35 years of travel, this was by far the best service and staff I have experienced. Help with planning sight seeing, recommendations, and tickets. The chef was amazing with the breakfast. The villa was top notch with a great bed, pool, hot tub/Jacuzzi, patio area. Secluded, so not to worry about tourist watching you in your villa. Free transportation from the Port and Airport. Highly recommended, with great views of the sunset.

Well maintained, clean and modern property. We were here during the low season but still the property was full with tourists. Property is not facing the water as the pictures show but has water views. We stayed in a suite that had 2 bathrooms, a jacuzzi and our own pool.so a lot more than a regular suite. This would be awesome when warmer. Great property and very friendly staff.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The views at this hotel are breath-taking. Great location with a free shuttle bus that runs several times a day to the town of Fira - which is where all the shops and restaurants are located. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Stunning views from the room and pool area, staff very friendly an overall great experience

Very clean, Arlene and staff very helpful and friendly, the hotel is 10 min. Bus ride to Fira, use the Messeria bus stop , from the stop sign that Arlene will point out go righ to Messeria bus stop, buses dont like to stop at the left side bus stop to Fira. Breakfast is very satisfying and fresh, you will enjoy your stay there.

The property is gorgeous and has a panoramic view of the caldera. The staff are excellent. John and Sophia were friendly and made the best cocktail drinks, Nikolina and Stabrianna answered every question we had and made sure that our stay were comfortable and enjoyable. We are coming back here! We had the most wonderful time at this property because their amenities were great and their staff care. The breakfast offered a huge selection. 10/10 just THE BEST!

amazing place with great views!

I had a fantastic room, great breakfast, and they helped schedule all my transportation to and from the airport. Kalma has a great knowledge of the area and it was fantastic for someone like myself who was traveling alone. Maro, who owns the property, really made this experience above and beyond. She helped me get to the buses, book tours, and gave me tips for my visit in Santorini. If I go to Santorini I am DEFINITELY coming back here.

Modern, expansive resort centrally located on the island of Santorini. Close to Fira. Very welcoming and attentive staff at the front desk, the pool restaurant and the spa. Resort has its own transportation service.

Lilium Villas has THE MOST AMAZING STAFF. Everyone there on staff truly cared about our experience. Bartenders, waitresses, housekeeping, front desk, drivers- I Mean everyone!
