Not only was the entire service of the whole staff top to bottom superior. They went above and beyond and were so kind and helpful. It was like 5 star service in America. The rooms are huge and the hotel is absolutely majestic. The chef made us custom food and got it delivered to the room for a romantic meal. And it was the best meal I had in all of Greece. The pool on the Caldera is the coolest thing ever and you have plenty of chairs and stuff for people to lay on and sit. They let us check in...

We spent 10 days in Santorini, all at the Santorini Princess Luxury Spa hotel. From the complimentary "welcome" cocktails and dessert, to the amazing food, the incredibly atentive and accomodating staff, and the beautiful grounds, I can't say enough about this place.

Overall execelent. We were nicely greeted. Loved the room in the hotel with excellent view in the balcony.

Mr Michalis and his family took good care of us during our stay here. Given the price the villa is excellent. Recommended if you want a basic hotel to stay in Santorini. If you like to spend more than you should take a villa in the top or slopes of the island at Fira town with an ocean view.

The hotel is beautiful, the location is beautiful, and the staff is just amazing -- very warm, friendly, and helpful. On the day we checked out, our flight was late in the afternoon and they stored our luggage for us and gave us a room to rest in. They were very helpful in organizing ATVs, rental cars, dinner reservations, etc. Any request was met with an "of course" and a smile. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit it again soon.

The hotel and its view of the island were incredible. The staff were outstanding. I would definitely stay here again. It is far away from some of the main areas of the island so I would advise renting a car if you stay at this property. It takes about 30 minutes to travel to some of the more happening tourist areas from this hotel.

Prior to stay various questions were answered promptly and appropriately through email correspondence. Room was spacious and clean, as was bathroom.

My wife and I went to Santorini just last week. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and fresh fruit this made a big difference since we were exhausted from touring Athens and flying into Santorini. The staff all of them however that night Theodosia made us feel really comfortable, it was her that send us the bottle of wine to the room and the fresh fruit. Well maintained, clean and modern property. We were here during the low season but still the property was full with tourists. Property is not facing the water as the pictures show but has water views. We stayed in a suite that had 2 bathrooms, a jacuzzi and our own pool.so a lot more than a regular suite. This would be awesome when warmer. Great property and very friendly staff.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The views at this hotel are breath-taking. Everything was seamless. From airport pick up to port drop off. The staff was professional, helpful and courteous. The breakfast and drinks were delicious. The property was beautiful. The hotel itself is more boutiquey and unique in a good way. We loved our Superior Suite which was spacious and comfortable and always clean. When we got there Melanie greeted us and helped wheel in some of our luggage. The room was absolutely gorgeous, and as advertised. Be ready to climb a 100 stairs to your room though. We got a room with a jacuzzi, and the bartender would deliver our drinks to us there that was super helpful. The staff overall were exceptional, and welcoming! Please be aware when booking that the patio's and jacuzzi's are not blocked off from the rooms next door, or the people walking up And down the stairs.

Beautiful pool, clean common areas, polite and welcoming staff. The breakfast was delightful with plenty of tasty selections. The hotel is conveniently located in town so everything is walkable to shops and restaurants.
