Hotels in Rato

We had a great three days in Lisbon at the Sublime. The hotel staff and restaurant were first class. This was a last minute trip for us. Antonio and the front desk helped us make the most of our stay with restaurant reservations and daily excursion advice.

Four seasons always has magical Service from in room check in. Staff seems to know your name without being creepy or obsequious. Was given a welcome flugelhorn tropical fruit basket on arrivalL. Lovely occitane soaps in rooms which kept on getting refilled throughout the day.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was excellent (right off a main Metro station) and near many things. The hotel was clean and quiet at night, with a comfortable bed and plenty of hot water in the shower (some of my main concerns in a hotel). The breakfast bar had a good variety of foods. The only challenge was a narrowly configured bathroom. What made the hotel a standout was the service. When we checked into the hotel, I was not feeling well. Very clean and modern and quiet. It is in a business area with a nearby park and a few dining options. Uber rides to train station and airport about 10-12 euros from here.

Excellent staff. The room we had reserved was smaller than expected and they put us into a larger room at the same price. Hotel is in a very good location whether by walking or Uber. Expedia needs to make known there are no 110V cutlets, USB or USB-C ports and an adapter or transformer is needed which the hotel cannot provide (was able to pick one up at the Amorim Mall about 1km away). Very good amenities in the room. Very good experience.

Dining in the hotel. It was very clean and all the staff was very accommodating.

I loved the hotel, simple with comfy bed. The location is great, across the street is a hub for all the tours, downtown is less than a mile walk down nice street with expensive stores. The downtown is 20 min by walk, nice and quiet. There is a little market where you can get water , there is a refrigerator. Shopping mall 10 min walk on one street. If you are looking for a comfy bed, this is the place, taxi to airport at 3am 18 euro, regular time 10-15 euro, 15 -20 min ride

Great location, great people, great breakfast, great everything!!!

This hotel had everything you would want or need. It doesn’t have a front desk but they give you a code on your arrival day so you can conveniently leave your luggage before check in. We paid for an early check in too which was really great for us. They also have self serve laundry in the building. It was in a great part of town, a short distance to mama shelter which had a lovely rooftop bar I would also recommend!

My family and I had to overnight in Lisbon unexpectedly , we looked at Skyna reviews on Expedia and thought the price was just right for the review ,not knowing the hotel staff went the extra mile to accommodate my needs as I did the reservation just an Hour before checking . My apologies if I got her name wrong, but our host, Emily, was absolutely wonderful and so friendly! During check-in, she was incredibly thorough and explained everything in detail. The rooms were spotless and exactly as promised. The bathroom and kitchen were also exceptionally clean, even though we didn’t end up using the kitchen during our stay.

The staff were exceptional, the owner was there hands on creating an epic memorable experience. The location was near transportation food etc. very clean and incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend Castilho 63 to anyone coming to Lisbon
