"The only thing wrong with this stay was the Breakfast. Only 1 coffee machine working which caused a large que, no tea bags. Only eggs available were the already prepared scrambled egg. When I asked for fried eggs I was told it wasn’t an option to have any other eggs. Apart from that room all good and remainder of breakfast was good. If I travel from Liverpool airport again I more than likely stay at the Prem Inn."

"Room was dirty, stains in bathroom plate in doorway, carpets old and dirty, itchy all night in bed. Location is greasy for liverpool docks but a long walk to the city shopping like Liverpool One. Far better hotels in the city. Was fist out in a room tha I refused! Paid more for a similar standard room but an amazing dock view- that was the best thing about the stay and it was superb view wise."

"Hotel chose for closeness to railway station was so close across the road.Bus stop facing every 15 minutes to centre of town and shops .All types of shops close to the river lovely walk and boat ride.Hotel excellent clean staff really pleasant helpful food both evening meal and breakfast absolutely gorgeous.Would definitely go back again Fanulous garden for sitting out in the good weather ."

"Very nice hotel in the centre of Chester. Great restaurant and a spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Only complaint was the show was a shower and tub combo which didn’t drain well and was not easy to shower in. I think that’s more of a cultural thing with the UK preference vs American. All in all this is the best hotel in Chester that I have stayed in (stayed in a lot over the years)."

"Stayed here for a second time and it’s a lovely hotel. Room was quiet. Stayed in the small double which was perfect for one person for a few nights. Bed was very comfy and cosy. Bathroom and shower were great too. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again if in Liverpool for it being a lovely hotel and in a great location. This hotel doesn’t serve breakfast which didn’t bother me anyway."

"Nice and clean with fabulous location, but I had a few small issues during my stay. Toilet flush wasn't strong. Any use of the toilet required multiple flushes to do the job. Drainage in the bath was slow and water started to fill after a few minutes in the shower. Breakfast was poor. Pale bacon and sausages. Cluttered tables with used dishes. No real system to the flow of breakfast, just guests wandering around trying to find things. Oh, and no bottled water in your room either. When you've traveled 4 hours to get there, a basic drink isn't too much to expect. Two rooms booked which wasn't cheap on a Saturday evening, but my view is that the staff are nice and friendly, but rooms and basics need some attention. "
