It definitely had the old English charm that I was looking for. My room overlooked the waterway which was nice. There’s a Costco close enough to get anything you might have forgotten. The pub next door served the complementary breakfast and other meals throughout the day. On Friday night they had live entertainment which was very nice.

Ate dinner there. went to sleep. nice and quite quiet. clean room beds could have been a little better. Slept good though.

Great property, reasonably priced, comfortable and clean room. Kitchenette was great and the bathroom was lovely. I found the bed to be incredibly comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great, plenty of choices, and allergens were labeled for all items; separate space for gluten-free items. Laundry room was good, small washers & dryers that were serviceable and free for guests (byo detergent), and much appreciated. Staff were all polite, helpful, and seemed genuinely pleasant. Great location, easy...

Easy check in, clean rooms and a lovely location. Highly recommend.

Bedroom was clean .. only thing I could suggest is having a phone for housekeeping such as needing toilet roll extra otherwise need to go down to reception .. check in and checkout was fairly easy no hassle .. tea and coffee was also downstairs and unlimited - good feature but can make it bit easier if had kettle in the room .. also was advised tap water was drinkable .. maybe a filtered water machine could be a great asset.

Lovely stay this was the second visit in the last few months

Really enjoyed our stay here at the INNSiDE by Melia (Manchester location). Staff were extremely polite and helpful from the get-go - and though we arrived earlier than the check in time we were accommodated and allowed to use the spa area (shower, sauna) to freshen up after a long international flight. Very happy with the hotel, room, amenities etc. The location is very convenient…it’s near some awesome coffee shops, cafe’s, and also not far from main Manc’s city center.
