"Great property to say in terms of facility, food, room, and staff. The water in summer month when we were there was full of sea weed, but if you go past the sea weed the water was clear and clean."

"Excellent hotel for young family. Kid friendly activities like face painting, mini disco twice every day. Breakfast buffé and dinner spread was very vast and tasted amazing!! Indoor spa with jacuzzi, sauna etc were fantastic. Even when the weather was rainy outside, we had a wonderful day within the hotel. Sea is just around the corner of the building. Heated outdoor pool is big and nice! Very friendly and helpful personnel, most of them speak good English!"

"Great hotel and only a short walking distance to the beach. Multiple restaurants within walking distance as well. The staff were nice! I appreciate the small gift they gave my mom for her birthday (a small white wine). It was truly appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel. And a bonus for them to have the option for transportation from airport to hotel and back. It made our transportation much easier. "

"Un hôtel super pour les familles avec enfants. Les piscines intérieures et extérieures sont géniales, la mer à deux pas, eaux cristallines et peu profondes. Le buffet est excellent, diversifié. Les chambres sont parfaitement aménagées. Le personnel est adorable, le personnel de ménage, les serveurs, l’accueil, tous étaient adorables avec notre petit garçon. "We like to drive around and look new places at Mallorca this was one of the best places we have book the last years. Nice «apartment» with nice view of the swimming pool, safe parkingspace and a fantastic breakfast was included. We will definitely come back for some more days, later. The staff live there jobs and smile all the time"

"Stayed here a few times. Reception are always very helpful. Waiters r v quick and efficient. The cooks are friendly. Go there for cycling so haven't used gym, pool etc. did use the spa, that was nice. "

"Lovely place, we stayed there for 3 nights with our 3 year old daughter and the place was perfect, if you looking for a place to stay with children look no further. All amenities are so well maintained pool, playgrounds etc. Children pool with slides is perfect for a 3 year old and older children. All inclusive option is great, tasty food and lots of options in restaurant as well as snack bar and extras in the pool area. "The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool area with water slides was excellent. The sea was very clean and shallow, perfect for children. There was a wide variety of food, but the quality could have been better. Housekeeping came at inconvenient times, towels were not always replaced, and bed linen was never changed. Overall, I don’t think the hotel fully meets 5-star standards."

"This is a little gem of a hotel set in the most amazing area in Playa de Muro. Everything about this place is easy. Right on the amazing beach with everything you need in a short walk. We stayed in an apartment which had everything we needed for self catering which we loved. Would highly recommend for families looking for a chilled holiday with no rules"

"Overall fantastic experience. We have stayed in multiple locations such as Dubai, Turkey and USA. In terms of value for money this was by far the best. The food was very tasty and lots of healthy options. The room and 24hr cafe was great too. Very clean and modern. Even the private beach was perfect as not to many people and its not to much of a walk from the hotel. I will be staying here again in future. One slide downside would be gym could be made bigger and the spa is not that great. "

"JUST GO!!! Perfect location in Old Town, Alcudia. Staff are so welcoming and friendly, really fun and chatty! The pool area is small but gorgeous and quiet, the spa is lovely too. We didn’t have breakfast here but it looked good from our balcony! The rooms are beautifully designed and very spacious - we stayed in a standard room and it was fab. Coffee machine and water in the room sooo appreciated. We’d return in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!"
