"Extreme disaster! Floor not clean properly, no toilet roll, bedsheets were old and not cleaned; I could literally see blood stains and many other stains on pillow cases, bedsheet, blanket! WORST THING THAT HAPPENED WAS THE BED WAS INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS! If I have not been prudent, I would have been beaten by the bugs! Booked for 2 nights, but checked out after one night!"

Considering the Indonesian standards and the affordable room rates, I find the quality to be very good (though there can be some differences depending on the room). The food quality varies slightly depending on the chef, but overall, it's quite delicious. Additionally, the Wi-Fi is very smooth and reliable."

"Best location near Blok M area. Minimarkets, cafés, food stall, viral food, mall, etc all around. Not far from MRT Blok M and bus stops. Easy to go anywhere, not that far from Gambir Station and SCBD. Love the vibes there, staffs are helpful. Room was clean and cozy, but the spring bed was a bit hard. All fine!"
