"The apartment's location is excellent, just a short walk from the Rosebank mall. However, several issues during our stay left a sour taste. Upon arrival, we noticed a musty smell in the sofa or throw rug, despite spraying with Lysol. Additionally, the walls and ceiling showed signs of cracks. Maintenance issues were also a concern, with three non-functional outlets and a leaking washer/dryer. While the host was responsive, a pre-check inspection would have revealed these problems. I could not...

"The room was quite comfortable. I stayed in the winter and there was no heating, but the blankets were sufficient to stay warm. Two towels are provided, but there is no soap or toiletries. The room was serviced daily, but I had to ask for toilet paper. The entrance to the hotel is difficult to miss and is a locked sliding door.
