The staff is so incredibly helpful--not in your face or pushy, but there when you need them and very kind. We selected the Red Level again, and we loved the separate lounge area (and took advantage of it). This has become our go-to hotel when in Madrid! Oh, and we loved the bath tub. :)"

"We travelled as four friends who wanted a base in central madrid, and couldn’t have picked a better place. The location was excellent, right outside a metro stop, and very central. The apartment was great - well équipes and a pretty high end finish. The double bedroom sofa bed worked well for us. The roof top pool although small had incredible views and the roof top lounge area was a great place to chill out. "

The hotel is close to a Metro station Noviciado so getting around the City is easy if you want to venture out ! The hotel is a short walk to Gran Vía and all its shops, the a further short walk and you are in Sol. We come to Madrid to see family and would definately recommend a stay here. We will return on our next visit. NB.. if you like a swim the pool is warm ! "
