"There are not enough lifts to service stayers. Breakfast is ok but you will bored if you have it more than once. The best part about this hotel is being connected to sunshine city. The hotel has a conbini and the limousine bus to airport stops at this hotel. It takes about 10-15 mins to walk to ikebukuko station."

"Sorry for the delay, but we were busy, as we had 2 bookings connected, to each other. But the hotel MyStays is in a great area for our 12 night stay. Very close to Higashi-Ickeburko, which was also close to Otsuka, that is great area. Now the hotel, very clean and staff were excellent and will go back there again. We have since moved to Tokyo Inn Fujisan Mishima-eki, and close to Atari. These 2 places are great. Regards Barry"

"My husband and I stayed for about 10 days for our honeymoon and the staff were so kind each day. The room premium room was very spacious and I adored hearing the train go by while taking a bath each night. The bed and pillow were a bit too firm for our liking, but we still slept great! It’s in a perfect location by Oji Station with multiple buses and trains. There’s konbini nearby and a Starbucks too if you want to have a little coffee. I recommend getting one and sitting under the cherry...

"The location was close to the train station and convenience stores, which was great! I was also happy to have a microwave in the room. It was slightly disappointing seeing stains on the carpets throughout the hallways and the dust accumulation in the room I stayed in, but otherwise it was okay. Staff was excellent. Thank you. "

"It was a great place to stay. Across the street from a temple and large cemetery. Sweet residential neighborhood but close to lots of restaurants and a major shopping street. Easy walk to the train station. But we took a cab in and out with our luggage. So nice to have more space than a 120 sq ft hotel room for a similar price. The host was very responsive to questions."
