The location is excellent — within walking distance to KLCC, Petronas Twin Towers, Suria KLCC Mall, and plenty of cafes and restaurants. The suite-style rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, making the stay feel more like an apartment than a hotel. The kitchenette and seating area were especially convenient for longer stays. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well air-conditioned."

"Having not been to Malaysia or Kuala Lumpur before, I was a little confused about finding the check-in, reception. The main entrance is inside the mall, at the far end of the East Wing on Level G. The room, while dated in furnishings, was extremely clean and spacious. Very easy access to the elevators, the suite came with both a double and a single bed, as well as full-sized bath and separate shower. Will certainly stay here again if I come back to KL."

"we stay there n they charge we are 20rm for one room。we only 4ppl （3adult 1children 3 1/2year）。they say is govents n tourist fee need too pay。idk why they charge so high。we stay at genting got charge also is 2rm per people n for adult only。i dont know wht is different。really not make sense。we dont want comeback anymore。"

"It served its purpose. The a/c blows cold. Clean. It’s in the heart of the city and everywhere is walkable. Definitely worth the money."

"No hot water. Broken shower head. Grimy and dirty. Really poorly maintained dump. Additionally the manager charged me extra when I arrived for some hidden made up "tax". I felt like I got scammed."
