"Great room- view of dolphins and ocean. Restaurant staff was friendly but you really have to navigate this if property by yourself and figure it out. pool was great. Would stay again. "

We still had to pay the amenity fee even though many of their amenities were not offered (e.g. could not access the pool, they cancelled morning yoga, could not take out bikes etc). Only one elevator was working for half a day. Staff worked hard to ensure that the entrance was clean and dry and helped carry suitcases up and down stairs when the second elevator stopped working. "

"Overall great stay. Recently renovated rooms, amazing ocean views, and peaceful location away from the more touristy area of Kailua-Kona. Breakfast was tasty at their Piko restaurant. We didn't have a chance to get dinner there during our short stay, but the menu looked good. Keauhou shopping center is about 6 minutes away, so if you need to run to the store, you don't have to go far. There is also a small store on site at the hotel with some clothes and snacks. There are also some nice walking paths on the hotel property with some beautiful landscaping."

"I wish I had read the reviews before I stayed at Ocean Tower - the carpet was disgusting, stained couch, yellowed sheets and the air conditioning barely worked. The room was unbearably hot for sleeping. The kind staff was the only saving grace. I didn't mind all the walking but if you don't like to walk it would be a problem since the tram does not come often. "

"Room was exactly as shown in photos. Room was clean, kitchen had everything you would need. In suite laundry was awesome to have. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was excellent. Checked in after hours and the security guard was awesome to deal with."
