"I was surprised at how comfortable the pillows and beds were. Most of the time whenever I go to any hotel I can’t sleep because the bed and pillows are trash, NOT HERE! I slept like a baby and that rarely happens. The staff was amazing, helpful and flexible. "

I took it to the front desk and they took it and snapped a pic before throwing it away so they could discuss with housekeeping.
