"Room was clean and bright as were hallways and lobby area. Staff was very helpful and friendly answering questions and taking care of needs. Location is great, close to underground transportation and breakfast/lunch places. Convenient underground parking area although a bit pricey. Would be nice to have coffee available in lobby. Didn’t utilize the on-site restaurant but heard good things."

"I am a family of five and we had a wonderful time at Sonesta. This is an apartment style hotel where my unit had two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, separated by a common/living room. This ensured we had our space while still enjoying time as a family. The location is close to Highway 407 and 404, which made moving around easier. The hotel is nearby a Walmart, Tim Hortons and other important stores. The entire team at Sonesta was very accommodating and provided excellent customer service....

"This is a comfortable hotel located close to several eating establishments. The train station is a short Uber ride from the hotel. From there you can travel easily to downtown Toronto."

"The hotel is a bit dated, but has a pool and hot tub. Parking was free. Staff are friendly. Location is very convenient. I have stayed here twice when I had business to take care of in GTA and while it is not a luxious hotel, it has good price and meets the purpose of being close to highway and ample amazing restaurants."
