"The room is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is well constructed and also clean. Providing a netflix account for guests to use and a personalized booklet with local information/recommendations was a nice touch. The bed is also comfirtable. Cons: the lighting is quite harsh, due to the fact there are no light shades to diffuse it. The lighting in the bathroom is the most pleasant. A kitchen towel or an easier-to-use drying rack would be nice to have"

"Family of four. We loved our stay here! The staff were so welcoming and Felicia - super friendly and set a good vibe. The room was very nice and best of all… the pillow and bed were so comfy! The included breakfast was really frickin good too. We fad to find parking a few mins away but I used Spothero which was easy and cheap. Would love to stay at Riu Plaza again sometime!! "

"Very good value for the money. We got a newly renovated room which was very nice and lot of space (it also had a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher). Good beds. Breakfast was ok, not so much to choose from. Very friendly staff who gave good suggestions on restaurants etc. Location was also good."

"This hotel was great for a quick stay. The location right near Union Station, was convenient as we travelled to Toronto by train. The rooms are quite small, but it was fine for our trip, we just used the room to sleep. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The lobby was always busy and had a good vibe.
