"The room was very clean. I enjoyed the balcony overlooking Gran Via. The hotel itself is older. The roof terrace is nice but the whole 9th floor could use an upgrade. The furniture seemed old and dusty. I would rethink the positioning of the bar to better utilize the roof terrace - it’s probably the best feature of the hotel so it should be maximized - perhaps more staff and more dinner / food options. Had a great stay! Thank you!"

"Köpeğimizle beraber 5gün konakladık. Konum çok merkeziydi. Oda iki kişi için gayet yeterliydi. Yatak rahat ama çok küçüktü. Klima, duş, buzdolabı vb her şey iyi çalışıyordu. Diş fırçasından ütüye gerekli her şey tamdı. Eski bir bina olduğu için pencereler ve duvarlarda yalıtım pek iyi değildi doğal olarak sokağın ve diğer dairelerin sesi odayı dolduruyor ancak uyku bölecek ya da rahatsız hissettirecek bir gürültü sorunu yaşamadık. Lavabo, havlu ve nevresimlerin temizliği gayet iyiydi."

"The location of this hotel is excellent, right on Gran Vía. You can easily walk to any nearby restaurant in the area. The rooms are very nice, many with balconies, and you can hardly hear any street noise, which makes the stay very comfortable. An excellent option to stay in Madrid."

"Congested area. Many stores and a supermarket close by. And yet, my street side room was quiet when shuttered and no problem sleeping. Very close to Gran Vía and public transportation. Easy walk to museums. The staff was very helpful."

"The hotel was very nice. The staff especially Isaac and Fran were exceptional. I think the hotel had been opened too early as snagging had not been completed fully. The restaurant was not open. Umbrellas not installed so difficult to sit in terrace as very hot. The spa was only offering massages and not the other facilities advertised when booking which was disappointing. However the bed was very comfortable. Lovely decor. Towels very fluffy. The location was excellent."
