"Lovely hotel, great staff, nice room"

"Hartelijke ontvangst bij de receptie, alle verplichte formaliteiten werden hoffelijk en geduldig behandeld, schone schitterende en functionele kamer, waterkoker met koffie, thee, koffiemelk en zoetstof aanwezig en de kamer was uiterst modern, functioneel en praktisch ingericht. Ik had ook nog het voordeel van alarmfunctionaliteit dat per abuis ook nog functioneel werd getest. De receptionist reageerde supersnel op het alarm en was niet boos maar juist uiterst bezorgd. Ook het overige personeel...

"The room was clean and had everything we needed .Quiet location set in the beautiful Lickey Hills , comfortable bed, spacious room, plenty of tea milk etc, parking good location stunning garden, the Hosts were very Accommodating we will return ."

"Always a warm welcome.. Katie always repiies to messages really promptly.. The rooms are always clean with good quality bedding... Only minor point.. Shower in room 14, not as hot as it could've been but no major issue."

"We stayed for 4 nights the location was perfect. Rooms are a little tired looking, carpets didn't feel clean under your feet. When we arrived I was unsure if the beds were fresh as the blankets we just pulled up over the bed and pillows not tucked in like hotels beds are. On inspection bed was clean. Maybe a little more TLC is required. Also soap in shower was that watered down it was ridiculous. But Staff were absolutely lovely nad location was great. "

"Beautiful boutique hotel, opulent, spacious room with large comfy bed and all the high end trimmings you would expect. Gorgeous bar and restaurant serving dinner. Wonderfully helpful and courteous staff, met on arrival and talked through the modern digital room lock, car park exit and entry system. Located in a beautiful, leafy area away from the hustle and bustle of city life, surrounded by private Georgian period houses and a short 10 minute walk from local public transport."

"Lovely place to stay, friendly staff, breakfast is amazing and well worth it Also not many people comment on car parking which we always look at Theres plenty of it and we have a car transporter trailer to take one of our cars to car shows locally and there’s plenty of room to park and manoeuvre. Highly recommend"
