"Staff was friendly and welcoming..especially Calvin. Breakfast was convenient especially if you are trying to make it to the parks early and the kids had a lot of fun in the pool while we were able to sit close enough to watch them. Only 5-10min away from the parks. Great location! "

"The whole complex is dated and could use a full-on reno. Among others, the electrical in our room was probably installed during the Reagan administration. Everything in the room looked cheap and/or old. They say they are a 4-star resort but there was nothing 4-stars about it. Also, for a resort of this size, the dining options were too limited, especially for breakfast. Just the one small place in the lobby, selling terrible breakfast foods at high prices, and with a very long line because that's all there is. Last but not least, what's with the operating hours? Mini-golf at 6pm? Nope, rentals close at 5pm. An evening at the waterpark maybe? Nope either, it closes at 6pm. A beer by the pool, with some nachos then? No can do, the poolside bars also close at 6pm. First time of my life that I see leisure employees with office-like hours. All in all, it was a very underwhelming experience and we won't go back, given all the (much better) options available in the Orlando area."

"Had to change rooms twice due to chemicals and fumes in the room. Staff was unhelpful and inconsiderate. I had to speak to 3 managers to get some results. Ruined my family vacation as we were all feeling sick from the chemicals. "
