What a wonderful metropolis (Felt like I am in the big and very progressive world). Somehow forgot about it, but Austria once was part a huge empire, and it is very very noticeable in Vienna. Simply breath taking architecture, like in a fairy tale

A wonderful city, lots to see and do; it's pretty compact too, so no long journeys between attractions. Eating out, beer and wine, coffee and cakes, public transport all cheaper than UK. Museums do charge though so plan and budget before you go.

I lived in Vienna for one year in the 1980's. It was beautiful back then and is still the world's most beautiful and cultural city. Year-round tourism is strong, however, summer is difficult getting around due to the high volume of tourists.

It's Vienna: everywhere you turn is another monument (Goethe! Mozart!) or cultural institution. Historical cafes, music venues. The streetcars are a wonderful way to get around and see palaces (Belvedere, Schonbrunn) and art collections...

"I am so glad that my friend and I stayed here during our stay in Vienna. Check in was a breeze, especially with their online process before hand! Definitely take advantage of it. The coffee machine in the lobby that is available for a big chunk of the day was lovely. The room was spacious and clean and very modern! All of the kitchen amenities were awesome! The staff was beyond helpful and kind, especially when I realized I hadn’t booked my stay long enough and needed an extra night. The area around the hotel was nice, lots of restaurants (highly recommend The Nice Guys and Coffee and Friends) and grocery and a quick 10 minute walk to a U line and 5 minute walk to a bus station. Would stay here again in a heart beat! "
"I loved this hotel. It was so cool. Staff were friendly. Room was excellent. Very clean, convenient and quite. My only negative was the pillows. They were too soft and lumpy for me but I get most people like that. Ideal location - walk to the train, shops and the sites in less than 10-mins. The sauna is fantastic!"
