"Crowded due to its popularity as a pub meant parking was a little difficult. Rooms are modern and quiet. Meals were what you would expect for a pub and you had to book in to ensure you would get a meal."

"A very convenient and dog friendly place to stay during our travels. A dog bed, treats, water bowl and poo bags were provided for our dogs, and although there was road noise from our road-facing room, it didn't prevent us from having a good night's sleep. The breakfast hamper in the morning was delicious and allowed us to leave when we liked. The use of the two rear fields to walk the dog was very handy. We also enjoyed our evening meal and appreciated the friendly staff. Would recommend."
