"The hotel is very centrally located in Limerick. It was a beautiful hotel. The staff was amazingly friendly. The only downside is that the parking is 2 blocks away, but the staff was amazing at validating and helping us pay. This is definitely a 4 start hotel. The value for the hotel is worth it."

"I booked a balcony suite which was disappointing. The room was a good size, but poorly appointed. While there was a nice balcony, the exterior space was all enclosed in an atrium with all of the other balconies which afforded zero privacy and no one made use of the their balcony space. The executive lounge had a very meagre offering compared with other typical concierge lounges."

"Nice hotel with good spacious rooms and great gym/swimming pool. However, the noise from 6.30 in the morning was unbearable. Lifting and throwing of crates, rolling of beer kegs etc right outside my window. Could this not be done later?"
