Barbara was so attentive, patient and helpful.
Super convenient next to Centrale, but so quiet and peaceful.
Spotlessly clean and very comfortable; it’ll be top of my list next time I’m in Naples.
Currently there’s an issue with the lift direct to the apartment but that can’t be helped and didn’t affect the overall 5 🌟from me. ❤️ 🇮🇹 🌈 ☕️ 🍕 🍷 ☀️ "

"First off, Carmen’s was an absolute gem! She had amazing communication and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. The room was impeccable, clean, great AC, easy to get to, and comfortable. They partner with Gran Caffe Novara across the street for breakfast which was amazing! The location is super central with easy access to the metro and not far from the airport at all! Highly recommend and look forward to coming back whenever in Napoli again! Napoli was such a treasure to visit...

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Naples. The room was very clean and well maintained, the bathroom was spotless throughout our stay.
The location only walk 7-8 mins to the train station, very convenient exploring Naples area.
The room was comfortable with the pleasant temperature, allowing us to sleep very well every nights
Overall, this hotel offers great comfort, cleanliness and convenience. We would happily stay here again and recommend to other travelers visit Naples."

"You have a wonderful breakfast to start the day, and mass transit is nearby and have many choices to go sightseeing in Naples. The rooms are cleaned everyday with clean towels. The beds are comfortable and a pleasure to sleep in. I highly recommend to stay at the Holiday inn Naples.

"Close to Napoli Centrale. They met us at the bed & breakfast and showed us around. They spoke English, were very helpful to us while we were in Naples. Breakfast is at a restaurant around the corner from your room. Stayed here with our family on vacation and would stay again "

"We stayed here for one night so we could fly to Santorini. Absolute hidden gem. Property is pretty with lovely terrace up stairs but little patios outside your room. Room is huge with washing machine and great sized bathroom. Met the host who was so friendly. We could walk to airport 8 mins. Would highly recommend for airport stay. Naples itself absolute nightmare. Crazy busy, drivers dont care about road rules lol"

"Staff was very helpful. Parking was easy, gotel was very easy to find. Room was large enough and very clean with plenty of towels. Airport is near by. La Lasagna restsurant is walking distance and very good with fresh pasta, pizza, and great wine."

"The place is OK for a short stay. The area around it does seem a bit sketchy as mentioned in other reviews, but that's most of Naples.
The bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, however, pillows smelled like sweat, so i didn't use them. "

"The room was clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable, although another pillow would have been good. Aircon worked brilliantly and all the staff were very approachable and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with a huge choice to eat. It was also really convenient for the airport."

"Great place. Very clean, secure, and plenty of space. Right next to a grocery store, and walking distance to the train station and other public transportation. Our only complaint is not about the apartment, but the area around the apartment. It was dirty and seemed a bit rough. However, I'm told most of Naples is this way, and this area is no different. Either way, the apartment itself is great."
