"This place is a GEM! I am usually very picky about hotels. But we have stayed here twice and loved it each time! Our favourite hotel in Chiapas! Even compared to more expensive places (e.g., we stayed at the Marriott in Tuxtla and it was not as clean or convenient but double the price). If you care about cleanliness, a walkable but safe location, lovely staff, and great breakfast - stay here! It is really close to Marimba park where there are several festivals and vendors. "Everyday we had clean rooms clean towels even had water to drink and extra to make hot tea o coffee. The staff was awesome recommend short cuts to get to palaces. Also loved how staff was very attentive to your needs and made sure we were comfortable. If your thinking of staying here try there horchata iced coffee a MUST, "

"The hotel is fairly new and is kept very clean. Easy arrival, pleasant welcome, easy checkin and access to room. Rooms are what you would expect from a City Express although we found this bed more comfortable than usual. The swimming pool has sun during the day so the water was warm - more so than many other hotel pools in Tuxtla. Also it was clean in the pool and around the pool area, with comfortable seating.
