"Gorgeous hotel in an ideal location! Free mocktails, helpful English-speaking staff, amazing location at the Oimachi station, well-planned room layout, and ease of WiFi connection. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at with an air purifier and humidifier and it was a life saver. So much to do in this cute area but still away from the main hustle and bustle of Tokyo. We originally booked this stay to be close to the airport, and it did not disappoint. It has tons of great restaurants and shops right by the door. A bit difficult to relay to drivers how to get to the hotel but the staff is very helpful. Rather than calling an uber to the airport, the hotel staff handled the taxi and got us safely from the hotel to the airport."

"Terrific amenities and a great clean room. Very large rooms compared to a typical Japanese hotel. The hotel was very modern with accents of old-style elegance. Overall a very nice hotel. The lack of room service and small complimentary expectations was the only noticeable drawbacks but not a big deal. Excellent location. All staff members were friendly and helpful."

"Overall experience was good. Staffs were friendly, breakfast was sufficient. However, the elevators are black color as well as the hallways. It was too dark and felt spooky. The magnetic shampoo/shower gel holder fell every time when we tried to press shampoo/gel from of the bottles. We must hold individual bottle in one hand and press with the other hand to avoid the magnetic holder falling."
