Huge space, comfortable beds and such amazing views to Fuji San from the rooftop deck of hotel, town was great and had everything required and all walkable from Haostay. Super quiet location. Did not partake in breakfast as had to leave early, looked and smelt amazing though."

"The hôtel is wonderful! Every detail has been carefully considered and crafted using high-quality materials. The lounge, with snacks and drinks, adds to the hotel experience. Unfortunately, the dining room left us with mixed feelings regarding the dining experience. We made requests that were not honored. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the staff's attitude changed, and our dining room experience became unpleasant. It's a real shame because, although the hotel is extraordinary, I would hesitate to book again."
