"Great location. Good service (thanks to Marco for putting new batteries in the safe day 1). We stayed 6 days. Glad we got the premium room - very large, nice for a long stay. 2 minute walk to Puerta del Sol - very convenient but a little loud late into the night. Rooftop bar might have also contributed to the noise level. They were doing construction on building next door. That noise started about 7:00. Still - a wonderful hotel, happy with our stay there."

"You can’t beat the location of this hotel, right in the middle of everything Madrid has to offer. The room was cozy and well-appointed, and the overall experience was excellent. There is some city noise from outside, but that’s completely expected given where it sits, and a small trade-off for such a central spot. A great choice for travelers who want to be close to the action."

"Our room/suite was perfect for us in our visit to Madrid. We were perfectly located in old town within walking distance to places we wanted to visit. Bus, taxi and metro options are also nearby. We used the bus for longer distances. Many choices for grocery stores and restaurants are close-by. The staff was warm, welcoming and super responsive to questions and requests.
