"The hotel is very affordable and it's located within walking distance to the underground. It's in the outskirts of Tenjin which is more quiet but still convenient enough. The room is tiny but it's expected in Japanese standard. "

"Walking to hotel from Tenjin station takes 5 minutes from the nearest exit. Room service is excellent and very comfortable beds. There is a 7-11 shop which connects to the hotel. Many Yatai stalls just across the street "

"Nice apartments that have been upgraded into a hotel. Kitchen was nice and had a full fridge. In room laundry was also a nice bonus. Amenities inside your room were great. Google maps said there was no train station close but it was a 6 min walk north following the train lines. Can pretty much go anywhere in Fukuoka there."

"Very clean and new. In-room washing machine is just awesome. I went there in the winter so laundry dried over night. Best thing here is there is a huge humidifier in room. Everything is good except that you will need around 20 mins to go to city center, but still very convenient. "

"Comfortable accomodation for 2. We had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable (a little on the softer side). We could easily prepare breakfast in the morning with the small kitchen as well. The bus stop is very close by, as is a large 7-11. And we were also able to rent bikes for the day from this accomodation, which we really enjoyed! Check-in worked exactly as described. Recommended!"

"The hotel is not a far walk from the Fukuoka tower and other restaurants with a grocery store and convenient stores very close by. They offer a Japanese style breakfast each morning that was good"

"交通位置很好，離地鐵渡邊通站走路3-5分鐘！到天神巴士總站走路也10分鐘左右而已。辦理入住過程簡單順利，房間乾淨且空間感舒服！！ 唯一美中不足的應該只有沐浴乳跟洗髮精都水水的，感覺是稀釋的，如果會介意的就要自備一下了！"
