This information doesn’t mentioned on the website or reception, so we paid the full amount of stay - but pool was not working. For the same cost we could get any other hotel with open rooftop pool. "La experiencia no fue buena debido a que me asignaron una habitación en un piso donde estaban remodelando varias habitaciones, en la noche había un olor muy fuerte de algún químico, pintura o pegamento que era imposible estar en la habitación, me cambiaron de habitación pero considero que es muy peligroso este tipo de situaciones donde ponen en riesgo la salud de uno"

"The staff were all friendly and very helpful, from housekeeping to the front desk to the restaurant. We loved the courtyard by the restaurant to sit and have a drink and/or dinner. The food was just okay. The beds and pillows were great, although we didn’t sleep to speak of because of the noise from the other rooms and the hallway. At one point in the night someone tried to get into our room. They read the room number wrong on their card. Honest mistake, but scared us."
