"We have stayed at the Tam/Divi for 10-12 years. Its under new management with several changes that are not good. The towel and activity shack behind the 1400 block is closed, you have to go to the 1000 block activity center. They were not friendly about it either. You can't exchange your wet sandy towels anymore, no towels on chairs by the pool.. They give you 4 beach towels to start in your room.....if the cleaning staff remembers to replace them daily ( we had to chase them down several times). Check-in is a disaster, not enough staff and rooms were not ready causing pile ups of angry people waiting in the lobby for their rooms. The 2 management like staff at front desk were extremely unfriendly as if they had more important things to do then help customers.. The cleaning staff said they changed the towel thing the week we arrived. The coffee/water machines in the buffet is another new bottle neck causing long waits for a half a cup of coffee. Not sure Im going back."

"Great location, beach is your back yard and strip is right out front.
Only issue was cleanliness of rooms. Bathrooms were dirty and mold in shower, the room wasnt cleaned until we called front desk and complained, and if you stay in sea palace you will have no wifi. "

"Poolside chairs were NOT comfy, and they should allow you to have more pool towels not just 1 pp.
I did manage to get an extra towel to put under my butt because of the uncomfortable loungers .
Other than that I have zero complaints. Amazing staff, kind and courteous . "
