"I only had a day in Brussels. I was awaiting my luggage which was lost on my international flight. But I picked a location downtown so I could walk everywhere and this was perfect. They had reasonable parking as well since parking in downtown Brussels would’ve been more expensive in the car or safe. Staff was extremely helpful with me anout where to go things to do and just really nice. I love the NH hotels. And I would absolutely stay at this location again."
"The most ideal location for Brussels -especially for families and if you are traveling to other cities in Belgium or Netherlands as Brussels Midi station is the main hub for transportation. Highly recommend this place. "
"We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Our issues began the moment we arrived; after checking in, we entered our assigned room only to find it hadn't been cleaned. We were forced to take all of our luggage back to reception and wait for them to find us an alternative room.
The room layout was highly impractical; the toilet was separate and extremely cramped, which was a major issue for my 6’7” husband. Additionally, the sofa bed for our son was rock-hard and hadn't been made up when we checked in. To finish the stay, housekeeping knocked at 9:00 am, despite the 12:00 pm check-out time.
Poor attention to detail and very uncomfortable. "
