"Although the hotel is rated 4 star, but the room amenities were very basic, even don’t have a simple coffee machine, only instant coffee with no kettle was provided. We booked our stay with breakfast included. However on our departure day, due to morning ferry departure we won’t be able to enjoy the breakfast at scheduled times in the hotel, a lady at the front desk said no worries, they could pack the breakfast for us to take out which is quite common practice for many hotels. However their promises were not materialized on our departure date. After completing our checkout, asking for our breakfast packages, they just pointed to their snack bar and said you can pick a sandwich and a cup of coffee for each person from the bar, without providing a bag and coffee cup holder to carry these items, we were shocked! We would not book again for next time in the area although the hotel is located in the middle of the city, walking distance to many highlighting sights."
"Breakfast at 10:00am was over-crowded and many of the food items were gone and not being replaced replenished fast enough.
Drinking glasses were all gone, many breakfast foods were gone and empty although breakfast was still open for another hour.
If you were in a rush to have breakfast (like me) it was extremely disappointing."

"The hotel is extremely large but well located. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfasts were fantastic. There was a huge selection and the food was exceptionally tasty. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also good but various groups eating there made it too noisy.
Our room was adequate but the mirror attached to the wall in our bathrooms did not work. Parking was available but we had to pay for it.
This hotel was perfectly acceptable but it was not my favourite. I prefer smaller hotels with more charm."

Also going to the city was super easy because without leaving terminal and hotel you can take elevator and you are on a platform. Clarion is the best in term of convenience. It’s also very clean ."
