"Air con did not work. Stuck at 27.5c Transferred to another room this was stuck at 24.5c.
Open windows but noise from air conditioning units was so loud.
Wi fi not working, goes on and off. Call help desk and nobody answers. Disappointed stay this time. And we have stayed here three times in the last year."

The room was clean and nice. Air conditioning was great…especially since we had unseasonably warm weather. Centrally located and easy to get anywhere in Munich. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich who wants walkability and quick access to public transportation!"
"The location was very good for our needs; being close to the train station. We didn't arrive from the airport until after midnight but check-in was easy and the bed was comfortable. It was also easy to get over to the station in the morning to get a train onto our next destination. We'll likely stay there again before we fly home."

The front desk attendents were very friendly. I will deffinitely recommend a stay here. It felt like I was paying twice or three times the cost."

The stay at the Steigenberger Hotel, so close to the Frankfurter Airport, could only be described in these glowing terms. The only recommendation I have is to start a golf cart service to and from the parking garage; the distance between the two is a bit much for an 83 year old after a five hour long drive."
"You can walk from the hotel to both airport terminals. The hotel has its own dining options (it seems universal with Hiltons), but there are also restaurants in the courtyard/plaza area between the hotel and the airport."
