"Hotel was pretty cool , staff were great , food was decent , when we arrive at the hotel our room was not ready and it was 5pm . Outlet and room did not work pretty good had to charge my phone in the bathroom , WiFi did not work at all .. hotel was across the street from beach it was amazing . "
"We had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Waves in Jamaica. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the ocean view was absolutely beautiful. It’s a great place for families with toddlers. My son especially loved the pool and had so much fun every day.
I also loved that they offered Jamaican dishes, which made the experience feel more authentic. However, I didn’t like that all the restaurants on the property close between 11am - 12, as it limits dining options. One restaurant should be open at all time.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely visit again."

"We were sent to Riu Negril for a night due to TB being overbooked (inconvenient!). At TB, we chose a garden view room and ended up with a view of the aging property next door. Damion in the buffet is amazing. A lot of little nuances, like the fire alarm activating a few times during our stay, toilets being clogged, and a cockroach in our room will keep us from returning. Not to mention the snafu with the overbooking. Not our jam. We'll try someplace else next time."
