"The airport shuttle was dissapointing. I asked upon checkin if there was a need to sign up for the shuttle. The front desk said no. Next morning at 9 there were over 20 guests trying to take the shuttle. There is only one small shuttle for such a large hotel. I had to pay for an Uber to not miss my flight. The hotel should implement a sign up sheet for the shuttle."
