"Convenient location, staff were friendly. The room was relatively clean. The only thing i did not like was that I booked a room with window, they even confirmed it at reception, only to find out that the window is locked and frosted so you actually dont see anything. Staff even told us not to open the window. So what was the point of selling me a room with a window? Lol"
