"Large comfortable King bed, floor to ceiling windows looking to The Alps. Soundproof windows that open. Modern. Fantastic views from 12 foor rooftop breakfast. Under 10 min walk to historic area, 5 min to shopping mall 1 min from train station which has grocery and food. Multiple fast elevators that require key card for added safety. Secure luggage storage. Staff speak English."

"For late check-in, I could easily get the key by giving me the password through e-mail even if there was no staff. The facility was older than I thought, and the drain of the shower booth was clogged up and it was inconvenient because water could not escape well. There was no hairdryer in the room.
