"Hotel first impressions were good, the night clerk was very helpful. The hotel is very spacious also. But after going to my room there were crumbs and long hairs in my bedsheets before I even got in the bed. I always check for bedbugs but noticed they don’t keep a waterproof mattress cover on top to protect from stains or accidents. The mattress smelled bad. As for breakfast, while I was toasting some bread I noticed a very foul smell (like some animal rotting). I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. The eggs were soup level watery. And after I sat down to eat I realized where the smell was coming from. The EGGS WERE PUTRID AND ROTTING. I used to have egg chickens and these scrambled eggs smelled just like ROTTEN EGGS. It was so disgusting and the smell emanated from the breakfast bar. How do you cook that and not realize something isn’t right? I will never stay here again."

"Our two-night stay at Cliff Castle was very enjoyable. The Cafe gave us large portions for every meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner. All the food was delicious. Plenty variety of different slot machines to choose from. The entire staff was friendly, and the property was very clean. This is a great place to stay. "

It told us there was coffee in the room and that the breakfast included eggs, sausage and bacon. Neither was correct. The hotel did not disappoint, but the robot messages need to be updated."

"I first stayed at Beaver Creek Inn in December 2019. Since that time if I've business in the Phoenix area, I choose to stay at Beaver Creek Inn. It might be a bit of a drive to Phoenix yet,the quiet and feeling of safety here are worth the drive. The breakfast area is quaint. Also,with a nearby restaurant within walking distance that makes things even better. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. If there's nothing for me to do in Phoenix. I would still stay at Beaver Creek for some getaway time to enjoy the Verde Valley. "
