"I stayed at the north Santa Maria ca location. I was happy to see they had a washer a dryer at the location but I wasn’t happy when the washer didn’t work after it took my money. I went to ask for assistance and the employee just said I don’t know how they work asked for a refund and he wouldn’t give it to me. I stayed I. Room 268 the bed was so worn through it had a big indent in the middle of the bed asked for a new room but they were all sold out. I had to make do only to wake up with flea/bedbug bites all over my legs. I went to the office to file a complaint only for them to tell me I would not be able to get a discount or a comp on the room! I have reported this location in hopes that they can learn to take better care of their customers. Never again will u stay here a recommended "

"Right on the beach! Friendly staff throughout. Great fun vibe. Room was great with balcony and front row view to amazing ocean sunset. Cindy bed, nice live seat, table and chairs. Great drinks and snacks at outdoor balcony bar… and more great morning /afternoon oxen’s viewing from there with couches seats and fire pits. Great if you don’t want to actually be in the sand yet enjoy the views. Lots of easy to walk to shops bars restaurants as well. "

"Great location, reasonably priced room. Room was perfect size for 1-2. Nice bathroom, good shower. Minuses: too close to busy street, traffic all night. TV-terrible programming. Carpet leading to bathroom was wet. Tried setting the A/C & fan, no luck. And worst of all, there is a light right outside the front door beaming through the shutters and no way to block it. Did not even sleep very well."
