"The room was clean and large. The bathroom was not bad, it could have more shelves though. The breakfast was excellent. I really enjoyed the variety specially the nuts, seeds and fruits. Not to mention the coffee machine too. :) The location was close to the station, shopping and restaurants around. Not in the best neighborhood of Naples but it was OK. The staff were very nice and helpful too. My concern was mostly about the beds. Even though they were comfortable to sleep, both of them were very very squeaky. Every tiny movement of the body made the beds squeak and so it was annoying specially if you have a fellow traveler in the same room, you could easily wake each other up! :("

"There was no airport shuttle. I had to get a taxi. The room was clean but couldn’t open windows because garbage outside attracted flies. Our room was noisy outside til about 3:00 am. Staff is friendly and helpful. Recommend a great restaurant two minutes walk. Beds and linens were very comfortable"

"Check-in was excellent. There was a crowd of folks(a tour group) occupying the lobby. We could barely enter. The person behind the counter recognized it immediately and motioned for us to approach and check in. Leaving was another story. While they'll call you a cab, they don't have doorman service like most first rate hotels. This is a uniformed person that flags the cab, directs him where to stop then assists you to it. We were on our own, couldn't locate the guy, crossed the 6 lane street 3x and finally jumped into another cab. The room was very nice. The only downside was the shower stall. It was really TINY. Was like a travel trailer. We are not big people. If you are, it is a definite consideration."

"Me and my partner had a lovely stay for 1 night in this old fashioned Napoli building. Giangi was extremely helpful and carried our luggage up all the stairs. We appreciated him running through what was offered in the building. This included free cold filtered/sparkling water, a fridge, microwave and coffee machine all complimentary. He also showed us where to go and eat in Naples which was a lovely touch. Please ignore other reviews on lift accessibility and breakfast. This is a traditional Italian experience with great coffee and pastries offered for breakfast. This is what we booked and our expectations were met perfectly. My only issue was the room was extremely warm and we had no access to air conditioning. We would have asked but only realised in the middle of the night."

"As others may have mentioned, it certainly is harder to find the first time but so worth the adventure. What you find once you get to the hotel, the location and the wonderful staff, breakfast, help and rooms are amazing. So beautiful and clean. Rooms were exceptional. Truly night and day from where you enter street level to the hotel itself. Highly recommend staying here. The staff were incredibly helpful with cabs and breakfast for when we had early excursions. Most day trip pickup points were just a few minutes away. Bars, shopping, restaurants right outside."
