"The absolute best was Suzanne at the front desk who helped me through a booking error (my error) she was SO NICE SO PATIENT AND SO UNDERSTANDING besides how HELPFUL she was… was an asset to your hotel!!!. Will stay there again for sure in our travels 😊"

"HAD trouble checking in as a new employee had given away our reserved room. Had confirmation papers with me and all was taken care of. I needed a handicap room as I only have one leg. The staff was superb &even gave us and upgrade. Breakfast was excellent & parking was secure. Would stay again if on the same path. "

"If you get locked out and it’s freezing cold outside may as well go sleep in your car. Their phone number didn’t work, and their office door was locked. I honestly wouldn’t stay here. "

"First room had used soap bars still in the shower, leaves on the floor and the carpet was horrible! Was asked to be moved, which they did, to a room with bedbugs. Miss P at the front desk was wonderful and I absolutely do not like writing this review but it is what it is. They did refund my total amount which I was grateful for. "

"The room was nice. The pool was ice cold with a window open and it was 20 degrees outside. There was not a sign stating any issues with the pool."
