"Lovely staff were available when we could only check in late and kindly upgraded our room too, then looked after us in the morning with the continental breakfast. A great place to stay in the area!"
"Lovely hotel the staff are very pleasant and helpful, car parking at rear is a little tight to get into as the entrance st the side of the hotel is quite narrow, the rooms are very cosy and quiet would definitely stay here again."
"The hotel is ideally situated for the Wye Valley with great views. We had a great room which had plenty of space including a sofa, clean, great facilities and well serviced.
The breakfast was really good with a great choice and the breakfast staff were really welcoming and friendly.
Also the hotel had good quality pub food at a reasonable cost.
