"The room we stayed in håd previous guests flip flop under dinning table, had previous guests beach towel underneath 2nd bedroom, had big clump of hair in master bedroom bath. I felt that room wasn't cleaned as well as it should have been. Staff was very friendly but had a lot of timeshare presentators in main lobby. "

"Property was run down and needed updates. Had to move rooms. Also construction being done and not disclosed. It was disruptive to our stay"

"We had stayed here in the past and had a great ocean front room. However, this time our room was on the left side without a full view. Front desk lady said it was ocean front.The room had a smoky dirty smell and the front desk sent a an ozone machine which helped briefly. I am highly allergic to smoke and perfume orders.They offered to switch rooms but after a long day of travel, we decided to stay in that room, 1403. The bell man was very helpful and agreed that the room had an unusual smell. The carpet was dirty because when water was spilled, we cleaned it up with a white towel and it turned brown. Needless to say, our visit was not as nice as last year."

"The hotel was great. My reason for choosing this hotel was so the kids could enjoy the water park, however due to the long check in of standing in line nearly two hours we did not get to experience the water park. "
