"Love the decor in room and lobby. The front desk staff were wonderful."

"Room was tiny with no outlets for charging anywhere near the bed. Room was not attended (they clean every third day) so glasses were not replaced or garbage emptied. Keys kept not working meaning I had to go to lobby to have the keys reprogrammed pretty much every time I returned. Rooms a bit tired (hole in the door where a security chain once was). Linens clean but furniture kind of falling apart."

"One trash can in the room which was in the bathroom, dusty tv stand, the room was so noisy at night from outside. Hot water in the bathroom sink was hit or miss. Recommend two extra pillows instead of one."

"Very friendly and accommodating staff- from reception to bartender. Rooms were very nice. Fries were delicious. Obviously it’s not the Four Seasons but for the price it’s a very good hotel and won’t disappoint."
