"When I arrived, it took me four times up and down the elevator to get into a room because the door lock was broke then one of the reasons I had booked this hotel over another choice was the hot tub and the hot tub jets were not working, and it was barely lukewarm the towels for the pool where the size of a hand towel and then customer service upfront wanted to complain about everybody dripping from the pool to the elevators."

"Facility itself is nice and clean. After checking in, I learned the pool was closed for no apparent reason. In the room, I learned the advertised 'free wifi' actually costs $9.95/day for bandwidth which supports streaming. The smart TV in the room only provided 24 channels which inexplicably were limited to Christian networks, the shopping channel, and several local and national news stations... very few provided basic entertainment. So I tried the TV apps for Netflix, Prime, Tubi, Music Choice, etc... none of them were available (the desk clerk confirmed that the apps were broken). I ordered room service from OrderInn at 6:30pm. I called an hour later (7:30) to check status and was told my order had been canceled because the driver could not deliver it. No one notified me. They offered to send a replacement order, but I told them not to send it unless they could guarantee a 30-min delivery (I was too hungry to wait longer than that). Thirty mins later I called to check status and was told the order was ready and awaiting pickup by the driver. I told them to cancel and to refund my credit card - they agreed and apologized. I left the hotel to eat, and when I returned my order was sitting in the hallway outside my room. When I called OrderInn to confirm that I was not going to be charged for food that arrived 2 hours after I ordered it and long after I had canceled the order, I was told no refund would be issued. The worst hotel experience I've had in years"
