"The hotel and room are great. We come to York twice a year for dance competitions. Every trip we end up switching hotels because they are subpar and raise concerns. We will be making the Queens Road location our permanent spot on our trips to York, PA. 100/10 stars. The staff was friendly with smiles, even coming in late at night. The rooms were immaculate.🌟 . "The hotel needs a remodel. Its dated and it shows. I stay here often. Housekeeping staff are very nice and will assist you when needed. Breakfast staff is fun and is consistent with having everything out on time. Front Desk staff are all pleasant and Geo & Alberto are attentive."

"Housekeeping stole $500 out of my backpack while I was gone & then denied it & tried to have my car towed!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! Seedy motel & people & families living there full time! Dark & not safe. Lots of street people walking around the grounds! NOT SAFE!!!!"
