"We booked 5 nights as a treat to celebrate and restore after finishing my chemotherapy treatment. It was exactly what we needed! We weren’t told it, but we must have got an upgrade as I think we paid a room rate for one of the rooms in the larger, more basic looking complex on the hillside. I think the renovation works were delayed and we ended up in the newer ‘club’ rooms around the pool, which was very welcome. Looking at the hillside complex, it looked quite cramped up there! "My wife and I had a really nice stay at Hostal Restaurante Pou Des Lleo. The staff were really nice and friendly. The room was very clean. We stayed on the top floor and had a shared patio area with 2 other rooms (although we never saw other guests on it so had it to ourselves) which had a view of the sea and lovely bird song in the morning and evening. It was the perfect place to do some yoga each morning. The hotel is decorated really nicely and is very clean. The breakfast

"Nice budget hotel which has been freshly decorated recently. Food buffet is decent and closeness to back is great. My only gripe, which means I won’t be returning, is the outside space is so small that people are packed in like sardines when sunbathing. I’ve never seen anything quite like it. We ended paying to upgrade to Royal Elite as there’s a separate area to sunbath but even that is fairly packed. If you like space when relaxing, my advice is find another place. "The sea view was over rated. We was looking forward to our stay and had picked this hotel because of the opportunity to get a room with sea view. When we then arrived we got a room on the ground floor where you could barely see the ocean because of the pool area and snack bar/ terrace. We then asked for another room and this was better but I would only call it partly sea view. Besides this it was a fine hotel, the breakfast
